Yutaka was established in 1974 in Singapore and supplies packaging systems, food-service equipment, and automated lines to a global customer base in over 40 countries, with particular focus on the semiconductor and food processing industries.

In 2025, Yutaka became Enduring Ventures’ first acquisition. The business continues to operate under its existing leadership team, with its customer relationships and culture intact.
